Gîte 3 is the perfect place for those who like to be active, share and enjoy an exceptional natural setting just a stone’s throw from the sea. Housed in a fully renovated former barn, it offers a modern, flexible and welcoming space, designed to accommodate up to 4 people in a dynamic and relaxed atmosphere. Whether you come with friends, as a couple with loved ones, or for a sporting holiday, this holiday flat can be adapted to suit all your needs.

A practical and welcoming ground floor

The ground floor opens onto an 18 m² living area comprising a kitchen and lounge. Fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.), the kitchen makes it easy to prepare a meal after a day of hiking, cycling or beach activities.
The bright and welcoming living area is the ideal place to gather for an energising breakfast, organise a games night or simply relax.
The modern and functional 6 m² bathroom is perfect for freshening up after a busy day. It features a large shower (120×80) and a toilet.

A flexible floor plan for all configurations

Upstairs, the two bedrooms offer great flexibility:

• Bedroom 1 (13 m²): two 80×200 joinable beds, perfect for friends, a pair of sports enthusiasts or a couple who want to adapt the space to their needs.
• Bedroom 2 (7 m²): a 140×200 bed installed on a mezzanine, creating a cosy and original sleeping area, ideal for a couple or an extra friend.

This layout allows us to accommodate a variety of groups while ensuring everyone’s comfort and privacy.
